1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for maintaining the state register of concession treaties (are applied);
2. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2001 No. 1430 "About the Procedure for maintaining the state register of concession treaties";
subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 7 "About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2001 No. 1430 and of June 24, 2009 No. 825, recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2011 No. 364 and Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 No. 625";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2014 No. 54 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out tenders (auctions) at the choice of the investor for the conclusion with it the concession treaty";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 634 "About determination of the starting amount of one-time payment on subjects to concession of the Republic of Belarus";
subitem 1.61 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2018 No. 396 "About change of some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization and carrying out tenders (auctions) at the choice of the investor for the conclusion with it the concession treaty (further - tender (auction).
2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are used:
auction - the biddings in case of which the participant who won the biddings the participant who offered the largest amount of one-time payment during their carrying out is recognized;
date of auction - day of determination of the participant of the auction which won the auction specified in the notice on holding the auction;
date of tender - day of determination of the participant of the tender which won the competition specified in the notice on carrying out tender;
the commission on carrying out tender (auction) - the commission created by the organizer of tender (auction) according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About concessions" and this Provision;
tender - the biddings in case of which the participant who won the biddings the participant whose proposals on the conclusion of the commission on carrying out tender contain the best conditions for implementation of concession according to criteria for evaluation of proposals of participants of tender in comparison with proposals of other participants is recognized;
the organizer of tender (auction) - the concessionary body determined according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About concessions".
Other terms and their determinations are used in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About concessions".
3. Tenders (auctions) are open, except the cases provided in part four of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About concessions".
