Questions of the Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Determine the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, – the subordinate organizations), according to appendix 1.

3. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 1998 No. 919 "About use of financial resources for rewarding of winners of republican review competition among specialized educational sports facilities and high schools – schools of the Olympic reserve":

in the name of the word "high schools – schools" to replace with the word of "schools";

state preamble in the following edition:

"For the purpose of stimulation of activities of specialized educational sports facilities and schools of the Olympic reserve in preparation of sports reserve and (or) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: high-class athletes";

In subitem 3.2.15.3 of Item 3 of appendix 1 to the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of accession of the Republic of Belarus to the World Trade Organization and system of interaction with this international organization approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 1999 No. 1338, the word Ministry of Sports shall be replaced with words "public institution" the national tourism agency".

3. To exclude from Item 36 of the Regulations on foster home approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 1999 No. 1678, of the word "and tourism".

4. In part one of Item 15 of the Regulations on procedure for creation of the unitary enterprises, organizations which property is in republican property, their reorganization and liquidation, of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 23, 2004 913, the words "and tourism-with the Ministry of Sport and tourism" shall be replaced with words No. "– with the Ministry of Sport".

5. To exclude from part two of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for the turnover of dietary supplements to food and places of their realization approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2004 No. 1537, of the word "and tourism".

6. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2006 No. 61 "About creation of Interdepartmental coordination anti-doping council under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":

to exclude the words "and tourism" from part three of Item 7 and Item 8 of the Regulations on Interdepartmental coordination anti-doping council under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution;
