About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2014 No. 46
Based on part three of item 4 of article 308 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2014 No. 46 "About passing qualification examination and establishment of document forms" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble:
to exclude words of "paragraph one";
shall be replaced with words the words "the fourth or sixth and tenth" "the fourth, the fifth, seventh and eleventh";
1.2. the fourth Item 3-1 to exclude the paragraph.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
