1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for passing qualification examination by the physical persons applying for receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring it (is applied).

2. Establish forms:

2.1. statements for the admission to certification on compliance to qualification requirements according to appendix 1;

2.2. the identification plastic card of the specialist in customs declaring according to appendix 2.

2.3. No. 6 is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 24.04.2018

3. Determine that the customs authority holding qualification examination at the physical persons applying for receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring is the organization of education "State institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus".

3-1. Authorize organization of education "State institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus":

on receipt of the document, confirmatory:

finding of the specialist in customs declaring in maternity leave, in child care leave before achievement of age by it three years;

temporary disability of the specialist in customs declaring;

on issue of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring;

on informing physical person on possibility of receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring;

on ledger maintenance of accounting of issue of competence certificates of specialists in customs declaring;

on adoption of the statement for issue of the duplicate of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring;

on decision making about cancellation of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring;

on the notification of physical person which competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring is cancelled, about decision making about cancellation of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2007 No. 54 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for holding qualification examination on compliance to qualification requirements of persons applying for receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance, and issues of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 159, 8/16702);
