About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the first and third Item 3 of Article 13, of paragraphs of the ninth and twenty first Item 1 of Article 21, of the paragraph of the fourth of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities", the paragraph of the sixth subitem 6.22 and subitem 6.47 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. of December 24, 2013 "About registration of notary offices and notarial bureaus and maintaining the register of notary offices and notarial bureaus" the words "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605," to exclude No. 203 from preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. in preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 "About establishment of forms of the statements and magazines connected with civil registration of" the word "of the paragraph of the sixth subitem 6.22 of Item 6, of part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605" shall be replaced with words No. 42 "subitem 7.56 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545";
