The regulations on notary office (are applied);
The regulations on notarial bureau (are applied);
2. No. 178 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 08.12.2020
3. To head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees to provide till July 1, 2014 replacement of the registration certificates of the private notary granted before entry into force of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2013 No. 523, on registration certificates of notarial bureau.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2006 No. 28 "About approval of the Regulations on notarial bureau" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 94, 8/14545).
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization of activities of notary office.
2. The notary office is formed abolished) according to the decision corresponding regional (Minsk city) notarial chamber (further - territorial notarial chamber) in coordination with head department of justice regional (Minsk city) executive committee (further - head department of justice) and is subject to registration in head department of justice.

3. In notary office all necessary conditions for proper notarial servicing of physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs (further - citizens), and legal entities, observance of notarial secret, and also ensuring safety of the documents formed as a result of activities of notaries before transfer of such documents for storage in notarial archive shall be created.
In notary office the open entry for citizens and representatives of legal entities on acceptance to the notary shall be provided, in the place, available to citizens, information on notarial activities shall be placed.
4. Acceptance by notaries of citizens and representatives of legal entities in notary office is performed according to the working hours of notary office approved by the relevant territorial notarial chamber. At the same time in notary office in which two and more notary perform notarial activities reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by each notary it is performed according to the schedule of acceptance approved by the manager of notary office.
The notary office shall be organized:
preliminary record of citizens and representatives of legal entities on acceptance to the notary by phone and (or) by means of electronic means of communication. In case of change of established procedure of acceptance, the schedule of acceptance the notary shall notify on it the citizen or the representative of the legal entity who registered previously in acceptance to this notary;
initial consulting of citizens and representatives of legal entities.
5. Work of notaries in notary office will be organized according to regulations of the relevant territorial notarial chamber.
6. In each notary office maintaining and storage of the book of notes and offers according to the procedure, is performed by the established Regulations on procedure for issue, maintaining and storage of the book of notes and offers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2005 No. 285.
7. If in notary office two and more notaries perform notarial activities, organizational administrative functions are performed by the manager of notary office determined by the relevant territorial notarial chamber in coordination with head department of justice from among notaries of notary office.
Activities of the manager are directed to creation of conditions for the most complete and effective use by notaries of the rights granted to them by the legislation and accomplishment of the obligations assigned to them according to requirements of the legislation on notariate, the charter of the Belarusian notarial chamber and decisions of bodies of the Belarusian notarial chamber, the relevant territorial notarial chamber accepted within their competence.
Release of the notary from obligations of the manager of notary office is made by the relevant territorial notarial chamber in coordination with head department of justice.
