I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 7-1/68 "About approval of Rules of identification of farm animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11127) the following change:
in Rules of identification of the farm animals approved by the specified order:

"9. In addition for all types of farm animals assignment of individual number is allowed by the following methods:
electronic method of identification (label with radio-frequency tag, bolus, chips, other products (means) used for carrying out identification of farm animals);
tattoo;
tavreniye.
At the same time in agricultural enterprises, country and farms, assignment of individual number farm animal is allowed by the methods specified in this Item for:
carrying out intraeconomic accounting of livestock of animals;
temporary assignment of individual number to animal before its carrying out by the methods specified in Item 8 of these rules.
Temporary assignment of individual number farm animal is performed consistently, according to the issue of individual numbers which is carried out according to Item 6 of these rules.
In the period of karantinirovaniye of the animals (cattle, small cattle, pigs, camels) intended for export to the third countries or state members of the Eurasian Economic Union assignment of individual number is in addition performed by electronic method of identification (label with radio-frequency tag).
Assignment of individual number farm animal by the methods specified in this Item is performed by owners of animals.".
2. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
