2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. To the Ministry of Education and Science to perform in accordance with the established procedure the actions connected with reorganization of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" within the budget settings provided to the specified Ministry on the answering purpose.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Regulations on the All-Ukrainian tender "Teacher of Year" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 1995 No. 638 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 278; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 42, Art. 1500; 2021, No. 74, of the Art. 4639), words "The public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" shall be replaced with words "The national center "Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine".

Division of "MON" of Section 3 of the list of out-of-school educational institutions and actions for out-of-school work with children, and also the organizations and actions in the field of education providing accomplishment of nation-wide functions, expenses on which are performed from the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 17, 2002 No. 1133 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, by Art. 1573; 2013, No. 63, Art. 2283; 2025, No. 5, the Art. 384) to add with line item "Public institution" the Ukrainian institute of development of education".
3. In Item 2 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of nation-wide actions in the field of the education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 2020 No. 131 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 20, Art. 762; 2025, No. 55, Art. 3798):
1) figure in paragraph three", 14" to exclude 5,;
