About approval of the Procedure for determination of the size, terms and submission of the reporting under assignments

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the size, terms and submission of the reporting under assignments according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

Procedure for determination of the size, terms and submission of the reporting under assignments

1. This Procedure establishes, the sizes, terms of transfer of assignments and submission of the reporting on assignments from the arrived insurance premiums on compulsory insurance.

2. Payers are the insurance (reinsurance) organizations performing the activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of insurance.

3. The amount of assignments constitutes 0, percent from the amount of the arrived insurance premiums on compulsory insurance (reinsurance).

4. Assignments are brought by payers quarterly to the 20th following the accounting period in the state body performing functions and powers on regulation of the insurance market and supervision of insurance activity according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in insurance field.

5. Payers represent the reporting to authorized body on the made assignments quarterly with application of a copy of the document(s) confirming payment of assignments no later than the 25th following reporting quarter.

6. The form and procedure for submission of the reporting on the made assignments affirms authorized body according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic as the sphere of insurance.
