1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 865 "About some questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The ministry is forbidden to enter contractual relations with subjects of entrepreneurship regarding accomplishment of the obligations which are powers of the Ministry.
If the Ministry by legal acts is granted the right to perform the activities which are bringing in incomes, then the gained income goes to the republican budget if other is not established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
in Item 15:
add with subitem 28-1) of the following content:
"28-1) approves distribution and placement of the state educational order to training of specialists with the higher and postgraduate education, and also technical and professional, postsecondary education in the organizations of education in the field of physical culture and sport, taking into account offers of the interested organizations;";
45) to exclude the subitem;
141) and 142) to exclude subitems.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for:
1) paragraphs of the seventh and eighth Item 1 of this resolution which extend to the relations which arose since September 1, 2025;
