SOLVED:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for the creation, representation and promulgation of reporting data by commodity exchanges approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 13, 2022 No. 3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 01, 2022 at No. 115/37451, the following changes:
Items 9 and 10 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:
"9. Data are constituted according to the description of Sections and schemes of the XML files determined by the separate document NKTsBFR of normative and technical nature.
10. The format of the financial reporting is created according to the description of Sections and schemes of the XML files (further - the XML format) determined by the separate document NKTsBFR of normative and technical nature except the case provided by the paragraph the second this Item.
