About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 96

Based on part five of Item 1 of Article 69, of the paragraph of third Item 5 of article 107 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 96 "About statement and removal from accounting in tax authorities" the following changes:

to state paragraph two of part one of Item 1 in the following edition:

"statements for registration in tax authority of the Belarusian organizations, their organizational structures, trustees, particular partnerships (agreement parties about joint activities) (further, unless otherwise specified, – particular partnerships) according to appendix 1;";

to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this resolution it (is applied);

to exclude Item 11 of appendix 3 to this resolution;

in paragraph one of Item 7 of appendix 4 to this resolution of the word "the chief accountant (accountant)" shall be replaced with words "person performing management of financial accounting";

appendix 4-6 to this resolution after words of "the foreign organization" to add with "foreign organization" respectively with words ", the foreign individual entrepreneur", ", foreign individual entrepreneur";
