1. The State Tax Administration of Ukraine (further - GNA of Ukraine) is the central executive body with the special status.
GNA of Ukraine provides realization of single state tax policy, and also state policy in the field of control of production and the address of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, performs cross-industry coordination in this sphere.
2. GNA of Ukraine in the activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" and other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision. Within the powers GNA of Ukraine will organize execution of acts of the legislation and exercises systematic control of their realization.
GNA of Ukraine generalizes practice of application of the legislation on the questions relating to its powers develops offers on enhancement of the legislation and in accordance with the established procedure submits them for consideration to the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
