I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2023 No. 19 "About approval of provisions of republican public institution "Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan", republican public institution "Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial authorities" the following change:
in the Provision of republican public institution "Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of the transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order:
114) of Item 15 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"114) development of rules of reference of inland waterways to category navigable and the list of navigable waterways;".
2. To provide to committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
