About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. In Item 8 of appendix 1 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 26, 2024 "About Advisory council at the choice of pilot project" the words "as required, but at least once in three months" shall be replaced with words No. 665 "in case of representation of pilot projects by the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, the companies, organizations and other relevant organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental subordination".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 25, 2024 No. 367 "About the Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the field of innovations and digital technologies" the following changes and amendment:
The first paragraph of Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"-develop and approve the standard table of the offered pilot projects concerning which there is sales opportunity of the special mode of regulation;";
"Every half-year" to replace 2) in the first paragraph of item 4 of the word with the word "annually";
The Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the field of innovations and digital technologies approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 25, 2024 No. 367, to add 3) with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. From state body along with representation of pilot project within the special mode the subject for its realization shall be determined and it is provided taking into account information provided in Item 7 of this Procedure.".
