About Advisory council at the choice of pilot project (Extraction)

2. Approve the Provision and structure of Advisory council at the choice of pilot project (appendices 1 and 2).

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 25, 2024 No. 367 "About the Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the sphere of innovations and digital technologies" the following changes:

- to exclude the second paragraph of Item 3;

- in the sphere of innovations and digital technologies to state Items 15 and 16 of the Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the following edition:

"15. For the analysis of the request, documents of applicants, and also the choice of pilot project for receipt of the status of the subject of the special mode from among representatives of the central public authorities the Advisory council is created.

16. The provision and structure of Advisory council affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
