About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of Article 20 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the code) the words "professional education" shall be replaced with words "professional or higher education", and the words "professional education" shall be replaced with words "professional or higher education".

Article 2. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 89 of the Code of the word "certificate on education or necessary qualification" shall be replaced with words "the document issued according to the procedure, established by the education law or necessary qualification".

Article 3. Exclude the words "and to the faculty" from part 6 of article 164 of the Code.

Article 4. In article 174 of the Code:
