Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Qualified bureau of credit histories (further - qualified bureau) based on part 5 of Article 6. 2, parts 7 of Article 6. 3, parts 4 of Article 6. The qualified bureau provides to users the Information, Data for the prevention of fraud and Data on prohibition, provides to other legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) of the Data on prohibition, and also sends the answers provided by Chapters 2 - 5 these Instructions, at their choice to one of the following methods:

with use of program application interface (Application Programming Interface) (except as specified provisions of Data to the user as a part of the credit report) providing technical implementation of order of interaction for the purpose of provision of Data, Data for the prevention of fraud and Data on prohibition to which technical requirements are posted on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet according to part 7 of article 6.4 of the Federal law "About Credit Stories" (further - program application interface (API);

by the method developed by qualified bureau (in the presence).

1.4.
