1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of submission of the obligatory reporting of the regional regulated organizations;

form of the obligatory reporting of the regional regulated organizations;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The realization of this resolution is enabled within the number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to it in the federal budget on management and management in the sphere of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the Rules and form approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2023 and 6 years are effective.

1. In Rules of creation of the state information system of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and the conditions for its functioning approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2010 No. 391 "About procedure for creation of the state information system in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and conditions for its functioning" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 23, Art. 2851; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5006; 2020, No. 27, Art. 4248; 2022, Art. 17, No. 2914):

In Rules of creation and maintaining the register of emissions of the greenhouse gases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2022 No. 707 "About approval of Rules of representation and verification of reports on emissions of greenhouse gases, report forms about emissions of greenhouse gases, Rules of creation and maintaining the register of emissions of greenhouse gases and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 17, the Art. 2914):

a) add with item 4 (1) the following content:

"4(1). Data of the register regarding the data represented by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs belonging according to article 5 of the Federal law "About Carrying Out Experiment on Emission Limitation of Greenhouse Gases in Certain Subjects of the Russian Federation" to the regional regulated organizations (further - the regional regulated organizations), are used by the executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation performing functions of authorized body in connection therewith the Federal Law.";
