About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made (further – the List).
2. To provide to department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication;
3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item within ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication of this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Bring this order to the interested officials and structural divisions.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the paragraph of fifty third Item 1 of the List which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
