About recognition of Eldik Bank open joint stock company by the successor of culture of savings case
For the purpose of preserving and promoting of historical heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic, strengthening of culture of savings, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Recognize Eldik Bank open joint stock company by the successor of the culture of savings case created in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic since 1925.
2. To Eldik Bank open joint stock company to hold complex of the events for financial literacy dated for the 100 anniversary of culture of savings case in the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
