About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2020 No. KR DSM-134/2020 "About approval of rules of determination and the list of types of high-technology medical care, and also criterion according to which types of high-technology medical care pass into the list of services of specialized medical care" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21471) the following change:
To be reworded as follows the list of types of high-technology medical care approved according to appendix 2 to the specified order in Kazakh, according to appendix 1 to this order, the text in Russian does not change.
2. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2020 No. KR DSM-238/2020 "About approval of rules of rendering specialized, including high-technology medical care" (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 21746) the following change:
in the Rules of rendering specialized, including high-technology medical care approved according to appendix 2 to the specified order:
appendix 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.
3. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
