Determine that drafts of acts of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the deputy manager of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for drafts of the acts having access restriction signature stamp ("chipboard", "Confidentially", etc.), are brought and accepted in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in electronic format by means of electronic document management system according to the requirements established by the Regulations approved by Item 1 of this order.".
