1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of February 7, 2025 No. 26 "About approval of the list of the data which are subject to publication" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35710) the following change:
To be reworded as follows the list of the data which are subject to publication, approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department on debureaucratization and prevention of corruption of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of anti-corruption policy.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
