"21-9) to exercise the state control on the issued permissions in the spheres of ensuring information security and special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations in the form of the inspections which are carried out on compliance to qualification or allowing requirements on the issued permissions and unscheduled inspections according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".
3. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity":
to add Item 1 of Article 31 with subitem 2-3) of the following content:
