About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of development and scaling of payments by means of QR codes in trade and service companies, the public and local government offices, being guided by Articles 5, 9 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Make changes to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of carrying out payments and transfers with use of two-dimensional symbols of barcode (QR code)" of December 11, 2019 No. 2019-P-14/62-5-(PS) (are applied).
2. "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of carrying out payments and transfers with use of two-dimensional symbols of barcode (QR code)" of December 11, 2019 No. 2019-P-14/62-5-(PS)" of May 24, 2023 No. 2023-P-14/34-3-(PS) to declare the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of official publication.
4. To legal management:
- from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
