Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of special use of water bioresources in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure" changes which are applied.

In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Procedure for issue of import permits and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance, regarding sturgeon fishes and products made from them, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 25, 2007 No. 953 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 55, of Art. 2211; 2016, No. 4, of the Art. 239), the words "issue of the duplicate, cancellation" shall be replaced with words "cancellation".
