According to Item 6 of article 592 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed List of the legal entities estimating tax at the rates of physical persons, on the taxation objects provided within implementation of the state and (or) government housing development programmes under agreements of long-term lease of the dwelling to the physical person who is the participant of such program.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
