About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of January 16, 2024 No. 4) the following changes:
1) in Article 7:
a) state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12) determination of procedure for carrying out the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance behind ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, prevention of distribution in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of infectious diseases and response system on complication of epidemiological situation according to this Law, sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standard rates, and also health requirements on safety of conditions of stay of children under the organization of the services of preschool education provided in premises by individual entrepreneurs (further - the minimum health requirements);";
b) declare Item 13 invalid;
2) regarding 1 Article 8:
a) add with Items 2-1 and 2-2 of the following content:
"2-1) approval of sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standard rates according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers;
2-2) approval of the minimum health requirements according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers;";
b) state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8) the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of fulfillment of requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation, and also sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standard rates, the minimum health requirements;";
3) in Article 10:
a) to state Item 3 of part 3 in the following edition:
