About modification of the Regulations on the organization of professional training for the admission to the managing director's profession approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 711/2015
According to the item b) h. (2) Art. 6 and h (3) Art. 14 of the Law No. 161/2014 on the authorized managing directors (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 605), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 293-296,:
1. In the Regulations on the organization of professional training for the admission to the managing director's profession approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 711/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, the Art. No. 361-369, 2702) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1091 of December 22, 2015 to make the following changes:
1.1. in item 4 of the word "Commissions on Deontology and Professional Training" shall be replaced with words "The commission on professional training";
1.2. in Item 7:
1.2.1. words "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations";
1.2.2. add with the offer of the following content: "In case of delivery of introductory testing in electronic form at National institute of justice, date is appointed in coordination with National institute of justice, before decision".
1.3. add with Chapter II-1 of the following content:
"Chapter II-1. Electronic testing at National institute of justice of candidates for the admission to the program of professional training
15-1. Electronic testing at National institute of justice of candidates for the admission to the program of professional training is established by the order of the Director of National institute of justice based on the decision of the Union of the authorized managing directors taking into account the available organizational, information and personnel resources.
