1. In the Order of the Government No. 344/2020 about approval of Sanitary regulations about placement in the market and use of biocidal products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 165-176, 554), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in the resolution:
1.1.1. add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This resolution partially shifts Regulations (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European parliament and Council of May 22, 2012 about placement in the market and use of biocidal means published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 167 of June 27, 2012, CELEX: 32012R0528, with the last amendments made by the Delegated regulations (EU) 2024/1398 of the Commission of March 14, 2024.";
1.1.2. add with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. This resolution voids from the date of accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union.";
