About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning payment of extra fee to the military personnel exempted from captivity, having the diseases requiring long hospitalization
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions connected with passing of military service during action of warlike situation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2023, No. 79, of Art. 279 with the following changes) to add Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"in another, in connection with disease, injury (wound, contusion, mutilation), requiring long hospitalization, extra fee in the amount of 50000 hryvnias on conditions and according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is monthly paid to the military personnel who right after release from captivity is on hospitalization in healthcare institutions more than 30 calendar days including movement time from one healthcare institution. Payment is performed during the entire period of continuous hospitalization after release from captivity. Payment of extra fee stops if to such military personnel it is reported about suspicion of making of crimes against bases of homeland security of Ukraine and/or military criminal offenses. In case of the introduction in legal force of conviction for making at least of one of the specified criminal offenses payment of extra fee in the amount of 50000 hryvnias by such serviceman is not performed".
2. Part the fifth article 260 of the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 194 with the following changes) to state in the following edition:
