About modification of some orders of the Government (about application of provisions of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund)

Based on part (2) Articles 3, parts (6) Articles 4, Item a) parts (1) Articles 8, parts (2) Article 10 and part (3) article 18 of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 148-150, 213) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 793/2024 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 522-524, 952) to make the following changes:

1.1. in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

1.1.1. in Item 8:

1.1.1.1. in the prolog "in scale 1:50000" to replace the text with the text "in the scale adapted for the size and configuration of each hunting fund so that to provide accurate visibility of their borders,";

1.1.1.2. add subitem 8.7 with the text", after their differentiation by the managing director of hunting fund according to part provisions (5) article 4 of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund";

1.1.2. in Item 9:

1.2. in appendix No. 2 to the resolution:

1.2.1. in Item 8 of the word of "cut and smooth-bore weapon" to replace with the text of "hunting cut and/or smooth-bore weapon";
