About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the reporting of separate non-profit organizations

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About labor unions" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following changes:
The second Article 11 parts three the word "Government" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "Cabinet of Ministers";
2) parts the fourth, fifth Article 21 to state in the following edition:
"Sources, procedure for forming and use of means of the trade-union budget are determined by charters of labor unions and collective agreements taking into account features, the stipulated in Clause 21-1 this Law.
The financial activities of labor unions are performed according to their charters taking into account features, the stipulated in Clause 21-1 this Law.";
To add 3) with Article 21-1 of the following content:
"Article 21-1. Openness of labor unions
The sizes and structure of the income, and also data on the sizes and structure of property of labor unions, their expenses cannot be subject of trade secret.
The labor unions performing activities at the expense of cash and the appliances provided on a grant basis annually till April 1 post on the website of authorized tax authority summary information for previous year on sources of forming of money, the directions of their expenditure, and also data on the acquired, used and alienable property.
The form and procedure for placement of information are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
