1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes" the following changes:
from word preamble", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503," to exclude;
in the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes approved by this resolution:
add Item 5 with part of the following content:
"In case of operation of common property of joint household the subjects of managing exercising control of such property, having the right to develop the instruction on the address with waste which includes procedure for the treatment of the production wastes which are formed in use this property.";
to add Item 6 part one after the word of "managing" with words "(the deputy authorized by it)";
in Item 8:
shall be replaced with words the word "Use" "Procurement, use";

in Item 9:
