1. Add the Regulations on office of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 15, 2016 No. 3238/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 16, 2016 at No. 1487/29617, the new Section of the following content:

"IV. Features of the organization and check of office of the private contractor during action of warlike situation

1. During action of warlike situation check of office of the private contractor on compliance to the requirements established by the Section II of this provision if the office is located in the territory of possible fighting, information on which contains in the List of the territories in which are conducted, fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation which affirms the Ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine (further - the List) (was conducted), it is not carried out.

2. Under the organization of office of the private contractor in the territory which according to the List is carried to the territories of possible fighting one of the requirements provided by paragraphs second, third item 4 of the Section II of this provision is applied.
