Based on part (1) Articles 1, Articles 3, Articles 4, item b) and item i) Articles 8, parts (1) Article 20 and part (1) article 22 of the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998, of Article 1, Article 5 and Item c) parts (15) article 140 of the Law on the capital market No. 171/2012, of Item 16, Item 19 and Item 21 of Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market (Resolution NKFR No. 57/11/2022) National commission on the DECIDES: financial market
1. In the name of the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market (NKFR) No. 38/5 of 3.07.2015 and in Item 1 of the word "on creation of reports by the licensed and authorized persons in the capital market" shall be replaced with words "about reporting system in the field of the capital market".
2. To make the following changes to the Instruction for creation of reports by the licensed and authorized persons in the capital market approved by the Resolution NKFR No. 38/5/2015, with subsequent changes:
