About modification of some orders of the Government (enhancement of activities of internal audit and structure of central office of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization)
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 143/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 341), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "102" to replace with figures "117";
1.2. in appendix No. 1:
1.2.1. add Item 6 with subitems 9-1) and 9-2) of the following content:
"9-1) open data and reuse of information;
9-2) artificial intelligence;";
1.2.2. add Item 7 with subitem 8-1) of the following content:
"8-1) management of government assistance in the field of industrial development;";
1.3. state appendices No. 2 and 3 in the following edition:
