About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2020 No. 907

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2020 No. 907 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of consideration of claims of job seekers of licenses, licensees on actions (failure to act) of bodies of licensing concerning violation of the law in the field of licensing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 81, the Art. 2624) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "licensees on actions" shall be replaced with words "licensees on decisions, actions".
2. According to the procedure of maintaining the Register of consideration of claims of job seekers of licenses, licensees on actions (failure to act) of bodies of licensing concerning violation of the law in the field of licensing, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name and Item 1 of the Procedure for the word of "licensees on actions" shall be replaced with words "licensees on decisions, actions";
2) in Item 2:
