1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
2) and 2-1) to state subitems in the following edition:
"2) implementation of strategic, regulating and realizable functions in the field of self-regulation;
2-1) implementation of strategic, regulating and realizable functions in the field of development of agglomerations;";
add with subitems 2-3), 2-4), 2-5) and 2-6) of the following content:
"2-3) on basis and in pursuance of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the main directions of social and economic policy of the state, its defense capability, safety, ensuring public order developed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, forming of state policy about self-regulation according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2-4) development and approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of development of agglomerations according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2-5) on basis and in pursuance of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the main directions of social and economic policy of the state, its defense capability, safety, ensuring public order developed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, forming of state policy in the field of development of agglomerations according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
