WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2016 No. 227 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2016 No. 373 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14313) the following changes:
in the Criteria for evaluation of risk degree behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming approved by appendix 1 to this joint order:
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. Assessment of risk degree of subjects of control and their reference to rough, considerable and insignificant group of risk degree is performed according to appendices 1, of 2, 3 and 4 to these Criteria.";
be reworded as follows appendix 3 according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
to be reworded as follows appendices 4 and 5 to the specified joint order according to appendices 2 and 3 to this joint order.
2. To provide to committee on regulation of gaming and lottery of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after enforcement of this joint order placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) Item 2 presents of the joint order, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on execution;
4) within five working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the information system "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Checks".
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising deputy minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
