According to Item 6 of article 111 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) Requirements to the three-component integrated system and its accounting according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of installation and use of the three-component integrated system according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

Requirements to the three-component integrated system and its accounting

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Requirements to the three-component integrated system and its accounting (further – Requirements) are developed according to the subitem 1) of Item 6 of article 111 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Tax code).

2. In these Requirements the following terms and concepts are used:

1) cash register with function of fixing and (or) data transmission – the electronic device and the hardware and software with function of fixing and (or) data transmission providing registration and display of information on cash calculations;

2) system (device) for acceptance of cashless payments – the electronic and mechanical device for acceptance to servicing of payment cards, the mobile application and web services of banks, payment institutes providing implementation of instant payments without use of payment cards regardless of servicing of participants of cashless payment in one or different banks, with instant transfer of money for benefit of the beneficiary;

3) the unified register of the three-component integrated system – the list of the models of the three-component integrated system permitted to use in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purposes of the taxation;

4) – the technical solutions having server equipment room and program part, client program part, at the same time the client hardware it is represented to technology of integration of the three-component integrated system the personal device of the user of the three-component integrated system;
