About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the public civil service and municipal service
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard qualification requirements to groups of managerial positions of the public civil service and municipal service" of April 4, 2022 No. 189 the following changes:
in standard qualification requirements to groups of the managerial positions of the public civil service and municipal service approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the fourth the subitem 3 of Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-to availability of digital literacy in the amount necessary for implementation of activities of the employee in stipulated by the legislation cases.";
- to state paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 13 in the following edition:

- to state paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 14 in the following edition:
"-the higher education, except for positions for which vocational education is provided;";
- to state paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 15 in the following edition:
"-the higher education, except for positions for which vocational education is provided;";
- paragraphs two, third the subitem 1 of Item 16 to state in the following edition:
"-for the government civil servants - the higher education, except for positions for which vocational education is provided;
