1. Approve the enclosed List of the types of activity which are technology connected with the services performed by the subject of the state monopoly in the field of quarantine and protection of plants.

2. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of the types of activity which are technology connected with the services performed by the subject of the state monopoly in the field of quarantine and protection of plants

Fumigation and disinfecting of quarantine products, localization and liquidation of the centers of distribution of especially dangerous harmful organisms (gregarious saranchovy (Asian, marokksky and Italian prus) in relation to which actions for quarantine of plants at the expense of budgetary funds, and (or) carrying out emergency measures are established and performed.

3. Carrying out registration (melkodelyanochny and production) the testing recommended for registration of pesticides; testing of agricultural products and soil for content of residual amounts of pesticides, nitrates and salts of heavy metals; carrying out certified testing of active ingredient of pesticides; development and adaptation of methods of determination of residual amounts of pesticides in crop products and objects of the environment.
