1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" according to appendix.
2. Establish the size of monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" (further - monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump") to citizens (families) living in the settlements located in the mountain and remote hardly accessible zones in the separate border territories having special status since the birth of third and each subsequent child before achievement of age by them 3 years in the amount of 3000 (three thousand) som.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307 the following change:
