About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in Item 27 (2) the Regulations on the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145 "About procedure for the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 11, Art. 1336; 2020, No. 2, Art. 190), following changes:
a) in paragraph one the word "operating" shall be replaced with words "included in the register of the requirements which are subject to application when conducting examination of the project documentation and (or) examination of results of engineering researches, implementation of architectural and construction designing, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, operation and demolition of capital construction projects (further - the register of requirements),";
b) in paragraphs the second - the seventh the word "operating" shall be replaced with words "included in the register of requirements".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
