About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 No. 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 32, Art. 3878; 2005, No. 50, Art. 5304; 2006, No. 3, Art. 297; 2009, No. 12, Art. 1429; 2010, No. 11, Art. 1218; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3173; No. 29, Art. 4470; 2014, No. 47, Art. 6543; 2015, No. 20, Art. 2908; 2018, No. 21, Art. 3023; 2019, No. 14, Art. 1545; 2021, No. 50, Art. 8551; 2022, No. 18, Art. 3085).
2. Recognize to invalid:
paragraph two of the subitem "d" of Item of 2 changes which are made to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning control of traffic in weapons, the ammunition and cartridges to it approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2005 No. 718 "About rewarding with weapon of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 50, the Art. 5304);
the paragraph the fourth subitem 19 and paragraph two of the subitem 54 of item 4 of changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 No. 814, No. 814 and recognition approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2018 No. 573 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 21, the Art. 3023).
