The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for functioning of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112, to No. 1031 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 85, Art. 3467; 2023, No. 26, the Art. 1464) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
Subitem 1 after words of "the emergency communications" to add 1) with the words "from persons which are in the territory of Ukraine, in particular persons with disability and persons who are not knowing state language by means of voice calls and other technical means of electronic communications";
Subitem 4 to exclude 2);
Subitem 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
"5) ensuring electronic information exchange between subjects of system 112 for the purpose of the organization of rendering the emergency help to the population;";
Subitem 7 to state 4) in the following edition:
"7) processing and storage of information on challenges (the emergency communications) obtained from suppliers of electronic communication networks and/or services in the cases and procedure provided by the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications";".
2. State item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The main objectives of system 112 are carried out by subjects of system 112.".
