1. Approve Regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks

Section 1. General provisions

1. The regulations on conservation zones of power supply networks (further - the Provision) are directed on:

1.1. ensuring integrity and protection of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

1.2. ensuring normal functioning and operation of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

1.3. accident prevention, dangers to people, property and environment.

2. Requirements of this provision extend to designing, construction, upgrade, repair, maintenance and operation of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property and establish:

2.1. the principles of differentiation of conservation zones of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

2.2. specifications, and also obligation of observance of any restrictions and prohibitions on use of sites and structures in conservation zones of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

2.3. conditions of production of works in conservation zones of power supply networks, including power lines of the producers and not residential customers located outside their property;

2.4. conditions of approval by system operators / producers / not residential customers of placement of temporary structures and installations in conservation zones of power supply networks, including power lines of producers or not residential customers.
