About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2021 No. 1290 and of May 30, 2024 No. 619
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2021 No. 1290 "Some questions of use of special forms of notarial documents" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 98, Art. 6391; 2025, No. 38, the Art. 2523) and of May 30, 2024 No. 619 "Some questions of implementation of the pilot project on registration of the notarial actions made by notaries in the electronic register of notarial actions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 54, the Art. 3194) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of, the publication by the Ministry of Justice following behind day in the Official Bulletin of Ukraine of the message on the beginning of functioning of the software ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system of e-notariate.
